Tag Holder and Tags
This was a huge undertaking for me. Now that I am not working such a demanding job... and I much more time and mental energy to devote to projects like this. I regularly buy Kristina's Virtual Card Club.

This is the first time I have actually completed one of the projects. I made one for myself, and then I proceeded to make 3 more to give away. I am so happy with the completed project, I am thinking about making them with different color families every year. I really am thinking about powder blue and brown for next year!

December Stamp Camp
I loved this one. That little medallion in the middle is made with the border punch. It is going to be so much fun to make. I can't wait!

This one is so precious. A dainty little tree made from one scallop punch, and then layered. The white is torn to make for a landscape, and the snowflakes are stamped in the background. The sentiment is: Be Merry. LOVE IT!!
This is the same card.... Such a cute idea. We "swirled" a circle and then glued little circle on them.... such a cute idea!! Would it make a good baby card? I think so.
This one was done with a stamp pad and a sponge, and a stencil. That was a whole new technique for me! The back is embossed except for an oval for the design. Then, the hooks were just purchased from the drug store.
November Stamp Camp
I am going to start posting pics of the cards that I make at Stamp Camp.
I love all of them. I want to give them away... but, I don't want to forget them!
Here they are:

I think this one was my favorite. I am going to try and do some birthday cards with the same pattern!

This one had embossed red paper for the background. Then, we stamped little ornaments, cut them out, and then embellished them. I thought it turned out GREAT.

Left: cute, cute, cute, little poinsettias. The center of them had HUGE glue dots with little seed beads attached.
Right:This one was very different with a clear panel to show the sentiment on the inside. The center tree on the outside is stamped, and folded. Very cute!

Cindy's Birthday Card
Here is a card I made for my sister for her birthday. I have found in the last few years how much I miss her and how much I love her. She is home for her birthday this year. I am so happy. We are having a family party on Sunday. I can't wait to give this card to her.
I have had these supplies for quite some time. I searched for a "sister card" last night.... this is nothing like the one I found... but, it inspired me... I used the supplies I had on hand... and this is what I came up with!!!

Dog Sympathy Cards
I have some very close friends that both lost their precious little dogs.
One friend had a dachshund, and the other lost a Pomeranian.

So, I tried to personalize them for their pets.
The outside says:
Friend.... Confidante..... Faithful Friend....
The inside says:
Giver of unconditional love...

And when I make one or two cards, I always like to make more to make the most of my creative juices.

Birthday Card for Kaylee
I made this card for my neice, Kaylee. She is turning 19. This is the first birthday since she has been married.
I bought this calendar stamp from Stampin Up. I love it. I can't wait to make more personalized birthday cards.
I am going to a birthday celebration for friends, and I am thinking about doing one for each of them.
Thanks for looking!

The Tink & Pink Saga
These are pictures of Pink (the piglet) and Tink (the mommy doxie)

Tink lives on a farm where pigs are raised. A sow delivered 12 pigs and several were very small. Pink was the smallest and he was born with his eyes sealed shut.
Piglets are born with their eyes open and are very active and ready to nurse within a few minutes. He didn't have any suck reflex. He was too weak to stand up and nurse.
Tink had had puppies a few days before and had only one puppy (the other was stillborn). One of Tink's sisters had a litter of pups a few days earlier. Tink fostered a few of them. The piglet was brought to the house to see if Tink would nurse him since she accepted the other puppies so well. She is a very loving, sweet dog. She immediately loved on him and began licking him and let him nurse.
PINK AT 2 1/2 WEEKS:

PINK IS GROWING AND GROWING:

His owners took him to the vet for a check up Pink weighed in at 2 1/2 lbs. His doxie siblings weighed between 2 and 3lbs. His pig siblings weighed about 20 to 30+lbs.
BECAUSE THIS WAS SUCH A GOOD STORY, TINK AND PINK'S OWNER'S WROTE A BOOK:

TINK'S HEART IS SO BIG....

YES, SHE IS NOW TAKING CARE OF A BABY GOAT....

Doxies at the circus
I found this video of the dachshund act from the Ringling Bros. Circus.
It is so cute. Towards the middle of the video all 5 of the doxies start to follow the woman around...I WANT 5 DOXIES...... This is just WAY too cute!!!
