Thanks for stopping by my blog! As far as a tutorial- I wanted to emphasize the flower, so I held the fabric where I would place the flower & then created some pleats going out. Then just sewed! There was lots of fabric beyond the cardstock, so I trimmed it off with pinking shears. Clear as mud?! :)
