November Crochet-Along Project

 

Here is my "almost" finished pillow. Right now it is a pillow top.  But, soon (and I DO mean soon) it will become a pillow.  I have decided to stitch it to a pillow that I will make especially for this pillow top.  I already bought the fabric.... so.... I am half way there.... right? I made a border around the edge, so that it would look good on the pillow.

I hope that it really WILL look good!!

Crochet Project

Working on a pillow for the novembers-crochet-along-project over at The Curious Pug. This is my start.  I hope to get it all together over the Thanksgiving weekend.... we will see!!!

Back To School

We have the whole summer off, and when we come back - it is a change!

Rainbow nesting bowls

This is my October Crochet-Along project. I joined the challenge on The Curious Pug website.

 

I loved having the challenge and can't wait for next month's (well actually THIS month's) challenge.

PS - I am working on a yellow and orange bowl - but had some family "stuff" and couldn't finish them..... but, I'm making them for a Christmas gift....SO I WILL FINISH!!!!

Valentine Wreath

 This was the first wreath.... made the flowers while watching TV.  Got several blisters while securing the "blooms".  I was inspired by a blog on the internet.  I cannot find the link now... but, I will keep looking.

Yesterday we went shopping - and then went to visit Great grandma & Grandpa. We all had such fun !!!!

My Journey with Benjamin

I have started the journey of taking care of my sweet little grandson, Benjamin.  I will be watching him every Monday for the next 6 months.
I have decided that I am going to keep a blog... and keep up on the changes that my little BenG makes in the first 6 months of 2012!!!
Last Monday we went to work at Cheryl's for a couple of hours and then home to wait for Mommy to come home from work.  FUN FUN FUN!!!
